Snowball is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect or low-quality files submitted by the customer, or misuse of the product after delivery.
All designs, images, and files provided by customers must comply with applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Snowball assumes no responsibility for unauthorized or infringing material submitted by customers.
Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives their order in perfect condition.
Refund Policy
At Snowball, every magnet is made with care and attention.
Because each item is personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been completed.
However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@snowballnewyork.com with photos of the issue.
We will gladly review your case and replace or refund the damaged item.
